Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often.

01

How is the price of a piece calculated?

Most jewellery is priced by weight: the current gold rate for the item's karat, multiplied by its weight in grams, plus a making charge and GST. See Pricing, explained for the full formula and a worked example.

02

What does "Price on request" mean?

Some products, typically diamond pieces or designs whose making charge isn't finalised yet, are marked "Price on request" instead of a fixed price. Contact us and we'll work out a gold-rate-linked quote with you directly. These items cannot be added to cart at a fixed price until a price is confirmed.

03

Can I request a customised or made-to-order piece?

Contact us with what you have in mind - design, karat, size and any stones - and we'll confirm whether it's possible, along with pricing and timeline, before you order.

04

How do I find my ring or bangle size?

See our Size Guide for standard Indian ring and bangle size charts and how to measure at home. If you're unsure, contact us with your measurements and we'll help you confirm the right size.

05

How do I care for my jewellery?

See our Jewellery Care Guide for everyday wear, at-home cleaning and storage guidance for gold and diamond jewellery.

06

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods - including UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay - are shown at checkout as they become available. If a method you expect isn't shown yet, contact us to check current availability.

07

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch update. See Shipping & Delivery for how dispatch and delivery work in general.

08

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can create an account to view your order history and save details for next time. Whether guest checkout is available is shown at checkout.

09

How do returns and exchanges work?

See Returns & Exchanges for what our policy covers. The exact return window and conditions for your order are confirmed with you before you complete your purchase.

10

Is the gold purity of a piece confirmed before I buy?

Yes. Purity (karat), weight and making charge are confirmed at the product level before you buy, not assumed generically across the catalogue. See Pricing, explained for how these combine into the price you see.

11

Do you carry regional pieces like nath, jhumki, maang teeka, pauchi or guloband?

Yes - these are core forms in our catalogue, rooted in Uttarakhand's jewellery traditions. See About Us for how we describe each piece, and browse the relevant category to see what's currently available.

12

Can I exchange or sell back a piece I already own?

Whether we offer an exchange or buy-back for a piece you already bought from us is confirmed with you when you enquire - see Contact.

13

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether the change can still be made depends on how far your order has progressed, and any cut-off window is confirmed with you when you ask - see Shipping & Delivery.
