These terms govern your use of the Pahadi Sunaar storefront and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Pahadi Sunaar is operated by [legal entity name to be confirmed], India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction city to be confirmed].
Product depiction
We photograph jewellery to represent it as accurately as we reasonably can. Because many pieces are handcrafted, minor variation in finish, weight or stone placement between the photograph and the delivered piece is normal and does not by itself indicate a defect.
Pricing
Most jewellery on this site is priced by weight: the day's gold rate for the item's karat, multiplied by its weight, plus a making charge (fixed or per gram) and applicable GST. This means the displayed price can change when the gold rate is updated, up until the point you complete checkout. See Pricing, explained for a worked example.
Some products - typically diamond pieces or designs where a firm price is not yet confirmed - are marked "Price on request." These cannot be added to cart at a fixed price; contact us for a quote before ordering.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct or cancel an order where there is a demonstrable pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity, and will inform you if this affects an order you placed.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
See Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges for how these work. Where a specific term for your order (delivery window, return eligibility) is not yet fixed, it is confirmed with you before you complete your purchase.
Intellectual property
The Pahadi Sunaar name, logo, and the content of this site (text, photography, design) belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
