Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how shipping works at Pahadi Sunaar in general terms. Order-specific details - the courier, the shipping charge, and the estimated delivery date for your pincode - are shown at checkout before you pay, and again in your order confirmation.

Some pieces are made to order rather than held as ready stock. Where that applies to a product, the product page says so, and any lead time is confirmed with you directly rather than promised generically here.

Orders are checked before dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch update; tracking details, where available for your shipment, are shared at that point.

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether we currently deliver to your area and what the shipping charge and estimated delivery window are for that address.

Whether shipping is free and insured, and what to do if a package looks damaged or tampered with on arrival, is confirmed with you at checkout and again in your order confirmation.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible - see Contact. Whether the change can still be made depends on how far your order has progressed, and any cut-off window is confirmed with you when you ask.
